The owners of My Newport Place have a duplex on 27th Street on the Balboa Peninsula. Both units have been upgraded with new flooring, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, crown molding and new furniture. The upper unit has an ocean view from the balcony and it rents by the week for the summer and winter. The lower unit has a great beachy feel and also has a nice patio area to barbecue or just visit with friends.
